Friends of Murphy will email you a Memorial Kit upon receiving your order. The kit should arrive within 7 to 14 days and includes: step by step instructions, a container for your pet’s ashes,  packing material and a return shipping label for convenient returning.

No. Only a small amount of ash is needed for each orb ordered. As mentioned above, Friends of Murphy mails a sealed container in your Memorial Kit to hold the ashes. The container holds about 1 cup of ash.

This is your choice, one line of orbs highlight your pet’s ashes by embedding them in the outer shell of the orb to create texture, dimension and movement. We also offer orbs with a smooth, outer appearance in which the ashes are concentrated n the core of the ceramic orb.

Your pet’s ashes are treated with dignity and the utmost care at Friends of Murphy. We have created a system to track the ashes that ensures the authenticity of your ceramic piece. A specific number is assigned to your order. This number is labeled on your Memorial Kit, the collection vessel for your pet’s ashes, and will be hand stamped on your finished piece. Each one of us at Friends of Murphy has been affected by the loss of a pet. We understand that you are entrusting us to respect your pet’s ashes and take pride in creating an exquisite memorial.

It is shipped via UPS via ground delivery and you will be sent email verification with a UPS tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment. We estimate that your finished order will be returned to you within 6-8 weeks of Friends of Murphy receiving your pet’s cremains.
