We have created a system to track the ashes and ensure the authenticity of your ceramic orb. A specific number is assigned to your order. This number will be labeled on your kit and the collection vessel for your pet’s
ashes. Once your kit is received by Friends of Murphy, the collection vessel is given to our artists and the finished orb is hand stamped with your number.
Policies
Shipping Policy
Friends of Murphy offers free, ground UPS shipping for all orders in the continental United States. In order to track the shipment of your finished order, we will email shipping verification with a package tracking number. We estimate that your finished order will be returned to you with 6-8 weeks of receiving your pet’s ashes.
Return Policy
If for some reason the orb you purchased does not meet your expectations, Friends of Murphy offers a full refund, less return shipping costs. If an exchange is required due to shipping damage or product defect, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 24 hour so that a claim can be filed with the applicable shipping company.
